Transport

For transfers at the beginning of the trekking we use Land Rover Defender, Toyota Land Cruiser or Minibuses, depending on each starting point of the trek, sometimes for departures of 2 and 3 people could be in taxi-mercedes, but in any case always using vehicles with your corresponding transport license. In special cases, we may have to use local Atlas transport, known as a Berber van, for short stretches. It is a very traveling experience to use these typical transports.

Food

Breakfast: A tea, Nescafé, cheese, bread, jam, butter, honey, etc.

Dried fruit and nuts: The guide carries dried fruits during the route that are taken at some of the mid-morning stops and all the moment are available at any time.

Lunch: The kitchen is advanced to the point of food, the cook prepares a large salad based on seasonal vegetables accompanied by cheese or sardines, or tuna, pasta, potatoes, bread, etc. The vegetables are scrupulously washed and disinfected with cooking liquor. It is served in plates and cutlery and tea in glass cup. A large mat with mattresses is installed, which is very pleasant to rest for a while after the meal.

The afternoon tea: Mint tea and cookies or sfinch from time to time (Berber typical fritters).

Dinner: Always soup and second typical stews or tagines, with vegetables, legumes combined with lamb or chicken. Always one night you take the famous couscous and other times it can be pasta to give energy to the walkers. In any case, the menu changes every day. After dinner, a lemon verbena is offered, which serves as a relaxant to help you fall asleep.
